The Sweet Life Retreat offers a liberating wellness journey through yoga, meditation, and community connection in stunning natural settings.
Embrace a vibrant, inclusive experience fueled by nourishing food and rediscover the sweetness of life.
The Sweet Life Retreat was launched in 2024 by Megan Brown and Charlie Faulkner. We believe that embracing wellness shouldn’t feel restrictive, but instead, it can be a liberating, expansive journey that opens your mind and heart, helping you feel at home within yourself, within your community, and in the world around you.
The Sweet Life Retreat will take you on a journey of expansion through the combination of yoga practices embedded with philosophy, meditation, breath, sound and so much more. All set in breathtaking natural landscapes, fueled by nurturing home cooked food with a vibrant community inclusive of all genders, ages and walks of life.
We create space for you to feel and embrace it all, and in doing so, remember just how sweet life can be. Will you be next to join us?

Charlie found her way to Yoga when she had moved to Australia and was looking for grounding and connection to herself and her surroundings. Yoga became her sanctuary. A home, a playground and a place of learning and connection.
Completing her first training in 2019 she has since undergone more than 500+ hours of training in Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, Trauma informed yoga, Rocket yoga, Pranyama, Indian head massage and Elemental and Chakra inspired yoga and is also trained in Mat Pilates, and Sound baths.
Over the last 5 years she has been teaching in some of London's best studios, teaching at Festivals and hosting retreats all around the world. Whether it's stoking your internal fire in her power classes or inviting in softness through slower flows, meditation and sound - each class is an invitation to create space for you to show up exactly as you are.
Specialising in Elemental Yoga, she is deeply passionate about reminding people that we are not so different, or separate from nature at all - but we are nature itself. We are beautifully diverse human beings with many different energies within us, which all deserve space.
With her brand ‘Highest Vibration’ she encourages individuals and communities to connect to the most authentic and magnificent version of themselves. You'll be sure to leave her classes feeling a little bit closer to being at home and free within your mind, body and soul.

Megan’s love affair with yoga began after years of gym workouts and fitness classes, always sensing something was missing. Then came her very first savasana - and she knew. The deep connection between body, breath, and mind was exactly what she’d been searching for.
Since then, Megan has completed over 600 hours of training across multiple styles, including Vinyasa, Yogasana, Mandala, Rocket, and Yin. She draws on inspiration from her teachers across the world including Stewart Gilchrist, Dulce (Mandala) Hikurina and Eoin Finn. She has taught yoga and meditation throughout Thailand, and is now based in London, sharing her regular teaching schedule and frequently hosting retreats abroad.
Her classes are designed to reach far beyond the physical postures. By skillfully weaving in philosophy, pranayama, and meditation, Megan creates an experience that invites you to leave feeling grounded, open, and balanced. Many of her classes are inspired by the elements, reflecting her love for nature and the belief that we are so deeply connected to the Earth we live on.
Before becoming a yoga teacher, Megan studied Geography at university and worked in the climate change industry - a background that continues to inspire her approach and love for crafting retreats that are embedded in breathtaking natural landscapes. Her classes are strong yet playful, and always accessible to all. Expect thoughtful modifications, hands-on adjustments, and clear cueing to help you shape the practice to your own body.
